INGREDIENTS

  • 15ml 186 Gin
  • 15ml Pamplemousse Rose Liqueur
  • 15ml Rose Syrup
  • 10ml Grapefruit Juice
  • 75ml Veuve Clicquot

METHOD

  1. Add all ingredients except champagne into a cocktail shaker.
  2. Add ice and shake.
  3. Fine strain into a champagne flute.

  4. Top with the Veuve Cliquot.

Glass: Champagne Flute

Garnish: Grapefruit Zest & Edible Flower
