INGREDIENTS
- 15ml 186 Gin
- 15ml Pamplemousse Rose Liqueur
- 15ml Rose Syrup
- 10ml Grapefruit Juice
- 75ml Veuve Clicquot
METHOD
- Add all ingredients except champagne into a cocktail shaker.
- Add ice and shake.
Fine strain into a champagne flute.
Top with the Veuve Cliquot.
Glass: Champagne Flute
Garnish: Grapefruit Zest & Edible Flower
