GIN & ELDERFLOWER MOJITO

INGREDIENTS

  • 35ml 186 Gin
  • 15ml St Germain Elderflower Liqueur
  • 30ml Apple Juice
  • 25ml Lemon Juice
  • 15ml Sugar Syrup
  • Soda Water
  • 10-12 Mint Leaves
  • Ice (Crushed)

METHOD

  1. Add all ingredients except soda water into a highball glass.
  2. Fill glass halfway with crushed ice and churn.
  3. Top the glass up with more crushed ice and top with Soda.

Garnish: Mint Sprig
