GIN & ELDERFLOWER MOJITO
INGREDIENTS
- 35ml 186 Gin
- 15ml St Germain Elderflower Liqueur
- 30ml Apple Juice
- 25ml Lemon Juice
- 15ml Sugar Syrup
- Soda Water
- 10-12 Mint Leaves
- Ice (Crushed)
METHOD
- Add all ingredients except soda water into a highball glass.
- Fill glass halfway with crushed ice and churn.
Top the glass up with more crushed ice and top with Soda.
Glass: Highball
Garnish: Mint Sprig
