PINK LADY

INGREDIENTS

  • 35ml 186 Berries & Honey
  • 15ml Belsazar Rose Vermouth
  • 25ml Lemon Juice

  • 15ml Sugar Syrup

  • 4 x Raspberries

METHOD

  1. Muddle the raspberries in a cocktail shaker

  2. add rest of ingredients and ice

  3. Shake and then fine strain into a coupe glass with crushed ice.

Glass: Coupe

Garnish: Raspberries, Mint Sprig & Edible Flowers
