PINK COLLINS
INGREDIENTS
- 35ml 186 Berries & Honey Gin
- 15ml St Germain Elderflower Liqueur
- 15ml Rose Syrup
- 25ml Lime Juice
- 4 x Strawberries
- 2 x Rosemary Sprigs
METHOD
- Muddle the strawberries in a cocktail shaker.
- Add a sprig of rosemary and the rest of the liquid ingredients.
Add ice and shake.
- Strain over fresh ice into a rocks glass.

Lemon Zest, Rosemary Sprig & Edible Flowers
