PINK COLLINS

INGREDIENTS

  • 35ml 186 Berries & Honey Gin
  • 15ml St Germain Elderflower Liqueur
  • 15ml Rose Syrup
  • 25ml Lime Juice
  • 4 x Strawberries
  • 2 x Rosemary Sprigs

METHOD

  1. Muddle the strawberries in a cocktail shaker.
  2. Add a sprig of rosemary and the rest of the liquid ingredients.
  3. Add ice and shake.

  4. Strain over fresh ice into a rocks glass.

Garnish:
Lemon Zest, Rosemary Sprig & Edible Flowers
